There is no start and end date, allowing you to go through the course content and practice at your own pace. You're granted lifetime access to all the content, so you can revisit it whenever you want. With over 45 hours of video lessons, all modules are structured from simple to complex to facilitate the learning process and avoid overwhelm.

Unlike my standalone tutorials and masterclasses, this course offers a system and a structured program instead of single grab-and-go style tutorials. While students can follow my process to create realistic artworks, they are also encouraged to adapt the techniques to their own artistic expression when they feel prepared. This course provides everything you need to bring your art to a new level, kickstart your creative career, and start generating income from your art.

The course is open to students of all levels.

A basic understanding of English will be more than sufficient to follow the course. As a non-native English speaker myself, I use straightforward language to ensure everyone can easily follow along.

The course primarily focuses on realistic representations of natural subjects like botanicals, animals, and landscapes. It employs graphic materials such as pencil, charcoal, and ink, with a strong emphasis on watercolor painting. As you progress through the course, you'll also explore diverse techniques and styles in later modules, fostering experimentation, creative exploration, and the discovery of your unique signature style.

You only need a minimal toolkit to get started! For drawing, a simple pencil and eraser are enough. Later, you can complete your toolkit with optional extras like sepia, charcoal, or a fine liner.

For watercolor, you’ll need:
– A student or professional-grade watercolor set (12 or 24 colors)
– Watercolor paper
– A palette
– A few round synthetic brushes with pointy tips

That’s all you need!

The course focuses mainly on realistic drawing and watercolor painting of natural subjects—such as botanicals, flowers, vegetables and fruits, mushrooms, insects, birds, animals, and landscapes.

For the drawing part, I’ll guide you through working both from life and from reference photos, explaining why both approaches are valuable. We’ll explore a range of styles—from expressive and quick sketches to more detailed, time-intensive drawings.

As for painting, we’ll focus on realistic watercolor techniques. Why watercolor? Because it’s one of the most beginner-friendly mediums: it’s affordable, doesn’t require a dedicated space (you can even work at your kitchen table!), and is easy to take outdoors or on a trip.

While I demonstrate techniques specific to watercolor, the foundational skills I teach in Module 1 are universal and can be applied to any medium.

The currently available edition of the course is self-paced, which means you can start learning right after you purchase the course.

Once a year, in November, I offer the mentorship edition, which runs for 6 months and includes feedback and support from me and my team, monthly live sessions, and a supportive community.
